Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms are the agreement between you and Healthy Foodie ("we", "us") for using healthyfoodie.online and Healthy Foodie Premium. By using the site you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1.The service

Healthy Foodie offers recipes, cooking guides, nutrition information and family recipes (Foodie Mini). Many recipes are free; others are part of Premium. We keep improving the site, so features may change.

2.Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Don't share Premium access.
  • You can delete your account at any time by writing to info@healthyfoodie.online.

3.Premium subscription

  • Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown on the Premium page before you pay and include VAT where it applies.
  • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken and the subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time by writing to info@healthyfoodie.online from your account email; we confirm by email within 2 working days. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We don't refund partial periods. This does not affect your legal rights: if you are a consumer in the UK or EU and ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we will refund it in full.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4.Health and food safety

Our recipes and nutrition information are for general information only and are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Nutrition values are estimates. Always check ingredients for allergies and intolerances, follow safe food handling and cook food to safe temperatures.

Foodie Mini follows recognised public guidance on feeding young children, but every child is different. Talk to your health visitor, paediatrician or doctor before starting solids or if your child has allergies or medical needs. Always supervise children while they eat and prepare food in a size and texture that is safe for their age.

5.Our content

The recipes, text, photos, videos and design of Healthy Foodie belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial cooking and share links to our pages. Please don't copy, resell or republish our content, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission.

Some photos, illustrations, videos and voices on the site and our social pages are created or edited with artificial intelligence. They show how a dish can look and may differ from your result.

6.Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping in bulk, overloading it, or trying to get Premium without paying.
  • Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7.Liability

We work hard to keep Healthy Foodie accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by not following food-safety or health advice. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell signed-in users in advance. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

9.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and if you live in the EU you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@healthyfoodie.online: we will try to sort it out quickly.
