⚠️ Safety tip: Make sure eggs are fully cooked through (set in the middle, no runny egg) and let cool before serving. No salt is added to this recipe, as recommended for young children; the cheese provides plenty of flavour. Whole corn kernels are a choking hazard for young children, so finely chop or mash the drained corn before mixing it into the batter, rather than leaving it whole.

🌱 How it helps them grow
The eggs and cheese in these muffins provide protein to support your child's growth, plus calcium to help build strong little bones and teeth. Mixing in spinach, pepper and corn is a gentle way to introduce different colours and textures, and holding a muffin piece themselves helps little hands practise picking up food and chewing.
🤓 Did you know?
Did you know that brown and white eggs taste exactly the same? The shell colour just depends on the breed of hen that laid it.
